1. What this notice covers

This notice explains how Immi Law Firm collects and uses information when you browse this site, use the Guided Intake assistant, or book a consultation. It is written for this portfolio demonstration and should be adapted to actual jurisdictional requirements before any production use.

2. Guided Intake conversations

• Your conversation with the Guided Intake assistant is anonymous by default. Nothing you say is linked to your identity unless you explicitly consent to share your name and contact details at the end of the flow.
• If you consent, a structured intake brief and the full conversation transcript are shared with our attorneys to prepare for your consultation. They are not shared outside the firm except as required by law.
• Guided Intake is powered by a third-party large language model, accessed via the OpenRouter API. Messages are routed through OpenRouter to the underlying model provider to generate responses, under an account configuration that excludes them from being used to train any provider’s models.
• If you don’t complete or consent to share your conversation, no record is retained beyond your active session.

3. Retention

Consented intake briefs and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, or longer if you become a client and the information becomes part of your case file, which is retained under our standard client file retention policy. You can request deletion at any time by emailing concierge@immilawfirm.com.

4. Booking information

When you book a consultation, scheduling details (name, email, and the time you select) are processed by our scheduling provider to confirm your appointment and send reminders.

5. No legal advice, no attorney–client relationship

Using this website, including the Guided Intake assistant, does not create an attorney–client relationship and does not constitute legal advice. An attorney–client relationship is formed only when both you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.

6. Your choices

You may use the Guided Intake assistant anonymously, decline to share contact details, request a copy of any data we hold about you, or request deletion at any time by contacting concierge@immilawfirm.com.
