Most individual matters — family petitions, naturalization, single-employee sponsorship — are billed at a flat fee agreed to in writing before work begins.
Hourly
Complex or contested matters (e.g., cases involving prior denials, waivers, or litigation) are typically billed hourly, with a not-to-exceed estimate provided upfront.
Corporate Retainer
Employers with ongoing sponsorship needs can engage Immi on a monthly retainer covering a defined scope of recurring immigration support.
Government filing fees are separate from attorney fees and are disclosed as part of your written estimate. Fee ranges vary by matter complexity and are confirmed only after a consultation — nothing on this page is a quote.
